There is a variety of programs that promise to flash cell phones. the one that has got a better review of all those available is Houdini from http://houdinisoft.com  If someone has it and has used it to tranfer service from one cell phone to another, as is asvertice. Can u Share it Please. So every one can try it. These program runs on Windows XP and Vista Thank u all.
