Excellent guide, wonderful what a few screenshots will do! :)

However would like to point out .perhaps to avoid any confusion, this procedure is slightly changed if you have "activate beginer mode disable all advanced features" selected [in AEC-AEC Options-Tools] you will see a different set of options (e.g the gap is automatically added to previous track etc) AEC claim you don't need advanced mode to produce quality copies!   ???
Cheers rogercc

A pretty good guide indeed.
A friend of mine made a blog about how to rip lossless using EAC. It's very neat with extensive guides with lots of screenshots and links to download all the tools of the trade.

Check it out: http://crustyaudio.blogspot.com/

The whole blog is intended to share the knowledge on how to make flawless flac rips. The EAC setup he uses is the same as mine and very secure. We met on a lossless private tracker site and learnt to rip properly from there. Those guys have sky high reqs when it comes to quality and accuracy. Something I relate to when we talk about lossless. If it's lossless, the rip should be perfect, no less :D

I hope it can be of help.

edit: the design's just been greatly improved :)
