How can one reseed torrent from yesterday without losing seeds?

Hey all!
I'm one those who ULd a torrent yesterday and was struck by lightning, again!

Can I do the recovery with the same method I have used when my own fingers have been too quick.

Delete torrent file (only that) from client (utorrent)-> go to roaming, change folder in client from dl folder to upload folder and "UL" again, redo description in h33t and choose the "new" torrent file?

Is that possible or do I have do it all over again?

 re-upload same .torrent, create new description if you don't have a copy, the hash hasn't changed ...
