These file extensions are commonly used to show that a file is an image of a CD or DVD.

The most simple way to access these files is to use your CD or DVD Burner to burn them to a disk. Nero is a common program that can be used to burn bin/cue files to hard media.

Another way is to do is to treat these files as a virtual CD or DVD without ever burning them. Daemon Tools is one program that is often used to do this.

i understand that a movie .bin can also be simply renamed to a .mpg or perhaps an .avi and it will play

the .bin might also be a VCD or SVCD as roger more in the afternoon says it just needs mounting or burning

okay members thanks for your kind reply
but if this is the common video file than "vlc player" can play this without renaming extension,so i think there must be another way and as rogercc said
to mount or burn in to the disk okay this will might work i have to check again because magic ISO is already installed in my PC and my Winrar is also compatible to open ISO file, i have checked with Winrar not able to open, but i dont have any idea about compression as a .bin extension.
okay i'll reply tomorrow what i have done.

okay thank for help members
i have done with "magic iso"
first i have converted .bin to iso than extracted.
but i don't understand than why uploder have uploded with this .bin extension because after extracting the files total size of the .bin archive is reduces from 429 megabytes to 369 megabytes
so if they have uploded with ISO image than torrent becomes less in size.

As my experience...
ISO file normally does not contain protection and serve as general image.
BIN, MDS and some other type can be use as image protection, so file can be more big than actual size.
