Upload permission request

Hello, im creator Themes, for Go SmS Pro, its stuff for Android.

And i want to upload torrent witch main program + plugins + langugae package + themes.
All Was legal ;)

Why ? Becouse in some country, people dont have a fast mobile Intrent Connection, so must download all witch PC.
Size of my package is ~~45 mb.
