anti-piracy regulations
« on: January 04, 2008, 06:12:48 AM »
h33t is a social networking site based on filesharing digital content. to prevent software piracy on h33t the following regulations and safeguards are in place:

- DMCA compliant takedown procedure
- h33t bans trackers known to use seed servers
- links to direct downloads of content are not allowed anywhere on the site
- h33t does not and will never supply content to the site by any means including use of a seed server or by commissioning a third party
- h33t does not and will never charge a member for use of the site services

the criminal activity of software piracy within the filesharing world is doing more damage to filesharing than all the anti-p2p groups combined. h33t endeavours to be the best example of a filesharing site, do not confuse filesharing with software piracy
