Create Torrents using uTorrent

How to creating torrent file with Utorrent

Because me they ask many for that it becomes they make a torrent file,
for enough time I have made a mini guide no and very good other because I have given in many and him they understand
I thought him of putting here in order to him I do not send constantly.
In the first occasion that I will find I will make certain better because this they is very off-hand.

I don't understand any of this stuff as I have made a torrent and was going to share it but was told something about announce being empty. Can someone tell me what I have done wrong?

check and make sure that the tracker (http://www.h33t.com:3310/announce) is on the first line in the torrent properties box.
