torrent moderation means your uploads are checked first by a moderator before they are listed on the index
if the torrent is rejected you are sent a pm with the reason. you can edit the torrent and send a request for another review
when you are making good torrents you are promoted to a site rank and become a trusted uploader. your torrents are no longer moderated and become live on the index immediately you upload. here is the basic criteria to win a trusted uploader rank:
1. make good descriptions
2. seed to completion
3. propagate your torrents
