troma's DVD collection
« on: November 22, 2009, 12:52:30 AM »
I've collected quite a few movies in my years of filesharing and I think now it's time to give something back. Check out my list and let me know if you find something you want to watch (again).

A note about the sources: Almost all of the movies have been downloaded from specialised private trackers (e.g. BitHQ, DVDQuorum, Cinematik). Since it's almost impossible to find recordable double-layer DVD's (aka DVD9) down here where I live, I compress them to DVD5 (single-layer) using DVD Rebuilder with the HC encoder. All movies have the original audio track, and all subtitles that were available on the downloaded DVD. In some cases I leave the extras (if there are any of interest), and compress them to a lower quality.

I plan to do the uploads in full DVD format (i.e. VIDEO_TS folder), but can do ISO's if it's preferred. I don't do AVI's etc., sorry. If you need a specific subtitled language let me know and I'll check if it's available.

So, take a look, get your popcorn and start requesting.  :D

Greetz.

Be fair & share!

I'd be grateful for "College" (1927). A full DVD would be no problem :)

I made the list with Google Docs; if you have a Gmail account you have access to it. It's basically an on-line spreadsheet. For the "fake" address I used the free redirect service provided by No-IP.

And no, I don't have that movie, sorry.

No problem, I will upload Buster Keaton's College as soon as I catch up with my downloads (just finished uploading a music DVD). Should be up around Friday.

Cheers.

Took me longer than expected but it's finally up here. Sorry for the delay, and enjoy!
