GTA 4 registration code generator

I have buy a Ukrainian version of GTA 4, of course, not legal.  The retardos did not include a generator, I have an offline manual activation for the game, I have the Unlock Requestcode, but how do I ge the Unlock code, and serial number.

Any help would mean your kind.
